A little about my journey
As a for Army Officer, I proudly served as a chemical officer in the U.S. Army, primarily in a Staff Operations role. After completing my service, I shifted my focus to helping others improve their productivity, time management, goal setting, and decision-making. I share these insights through my books, blogs, articles, and social media, working with various individuals—from students and professionals to non-profits and companies.
My first book, “86,400 Seconds a Day,” was published in November 2019 and has been a great success, selling thousands of copies worldwide. It’s a practical guide to maximizing your personal and professional growth time, offering actionable strategies to build better habits, increase productivity, and make every second matter.
Through daily discipline and consistent habits, I transformed my body and mindset, even winning a bodybuilding competition. This experience proves that small, intentional actions can lead to life-changing results in any area.
